Subject	Changes to GSCI Trading Hours - Effective Tuesday, February 19, 2002.

Effective, Tuesday, February 19, 2002, there will be a change in GSCI trading hours. Changes impact both the Trading Floor, and the Side-by-Side GLOBEX Trading Hours.

Opening time for GSCI on the trading floor has been changed from 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM.
Closing time for floor-traded and GLOBEX-traded GSCI has been changed from 2:15 PM to 2:00 PM.
Opening time for GLOBEX-traded GSCI has been changed from 2:45 PM to 2:30 PM, Monday-Thursday (30 minutes after the close of the floor-traded market.)
